Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Missoula, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of the following but is not necessarily limited to: installing approximately 1,001 lineal feet of water main, 3,212 lineal feet of curb, 14,924 square feet of sidewalk, and 4,656 square yards of asphalt in Idaho Street and River Street in Missoula, MT. The City of Missoula is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Contractor(s) is required to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and must comply with the City's Affirmative Action Policy. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of the bids specified above. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the City of Missoula. Any objections to published specifications must be filed in written form with the City of Missoula prior to the bid opening.
