The City of Arvada is looking for a qualified painting company to complete painting needed to the drainpipes and stair railings at Olde Town Transit Hub (5575 Vance St., Arvada, CO 80002). All paint coatings will conform to the specifications attached from Sherwin Williams or equal. The contractor will be responsible for all permits as required. The project will include prep, priming and painting of multiple steel surfaces to include: . Steel drain pipes . Steel transitions at stair landings . Steel stair railing touchups Drawings and paint specifications are attached to the Request for Bid. The contractor shall be responsible to verify all field dimensions, quantities, and conditions.
