Reference Number 0000345693 The City of Arvada (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide construction services for the replacement of hydraulic actuators on five (5) slide gates near the Arvada/Blunn Reservoir. Question Deadline 03/26/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions and responses will be posted on online . Projected Start Date: April 29, 2024 General Requirements - Insurance Required Scope of Services 1. Removal and proper disposal of existing hydraulic units and fluid to avoid contamination of water supply 2. Installation of new adaptors and electric actuators 3. Electrical/power modifications/upgrades/repairs to support the new actuators 4. The City will complete updates to system controls 5. Maintain capability for remote signaling to valves 6. As Builts of newly installed components and manufacturers manuals 7. This contract may be renewed at a later date to include replacement of additional actuators on existing valves
