Reference Number 0000347672 The Apex Park and Recreation District is issuing this Solicitation for the purpose of: Milling and overlaying the North East Parking lot, known as the Ice Arena Parking Lot, all three parking lots at the Community Recreation Center located at 6842 Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada Colorado, and as an alternate, the Main Entry Lane at the Apex Center. The Main Entry Lane should be included as a bid alternate. The Ice Arena Parking lot is approximately 72,600 square feet. The lots at Community Recreation are; 24,500 square feet, 26,600 square feet, and 20,500 square feet approximately. We would like a 3" deep mill and overlay. The Main Entry Lane is approximately 18,000 square feet, and should be considered an alternate.
