All work will conform to the Sherwin William or equal general specifications attached. Current drawings and paint specifications are attached to the proposal. The contractor shall be responsible to verify all field dimensions, quantities, and conditions. The project will include prep, priming and topcoat painting of multiple surfaces including ceilings and exposed systems, walls, and door frames. It will also include prep and painting of a yellow stripe in the walkway on the floor. Contractor shall clean all surfaces free of dirt, dust, loose and unsound coatings per the manufacturer's requirements. Prior to surface preparation, all non-painted areas shall be protected to include sprinkler heads and plates, lighting fixtures, hardware, toolboxes, equipment and other items that are identified by the project manager.
