Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a Bidder to remove and replace the radiators in the existing diesel generators at McPhillips Station Casino and Club Regent Casino in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to: Remove the Existing and Supply & Install New Radiators on the 750dfha Cummins/onan Diesel Generators Located at Mcphillips Station Casino and Club Regent Casino.
Coolant Flush and Refill With New Coolant.
Perform Pm3 Service Including Replacing Hoses and Thermostats.
Items Involved Include but Are Not Limited to Hose Clamps, Radiator Hoses, Thermostats, Thermostat Seals, Thermostat Gaskets.
Supply and Install a 500kw Rental Generator to the Existing Transfer Switch on the Third Floor of Each Casino to Provide Backup Power in Case of Power Failure While the Existing Generator is Offline for the Radiator Replacement.
Automatic Transfer of Power to Be Made if Building Loses Power.
Testing of the Rental Generator Once Installed.
Once the Radiator is Replaced, Remove the Rental Generator.
Generator Set to Be Re-connected to the Transfer Switch and Tested to Ensure Power Transfer is Working Properly.
Work Will Happen at One Location at a Time, Starting With Mcphillips Station Casino. Work Will Not Begin at Club Regent Casino Until Mcphillips Station Casino is Complete. Commercial General Liability Insurance Covering All Operations of the Bidder Including Products and Completed Operations and Including Coverage for Non-owned Automobiles With Minimum Coverage Limits of $5,000,000. Said Policy Shall Name Mbll, Its Directors, Officers, Employees, and Agents as Additional Insured.
