RM of Wawken No. 93 tender for gravel haul - hauling a minimum amount of 20,000 cubic yards of standard road gravel. Hauling is to commence on or before July 1, 2024 and the work shall be completed on or before September 15, 2024. Minimum of twp (2) trucks must be hauling per day. Hauling days must be full and complete days. Tender must include the breakdown of price/yard/mile of haul, minimum haul mileage, loading charge per cubic yard, and other charges, and the total price per cubic yard per mile haul. State minimum yards of gravel per mile of spead. Include SK WCB letter of good standing, list of equipment, insurance coverage of equipment and operators This tender must include the following: i. Pricing: a breakdown of price per cubic yard per mile of haul; minimum haul mileage; loading charge per cubic yard; any other charges and the total price per cubic yard per mile of haul. ii. A copy of the contractor's Letter of Good Standing with Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board. iii. List of equipment/machinery to be used; insurance coverage for listed equipment and as well as operators. iv. Truck safety certifications. Please note that speed must be reduced when meeting vehicles on the road and going past farm yards. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Council reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
