The purpose of this notice it to seek industry feedback regarding subcontracting goals that will be incorporated into the solicitation. Per FAR 19.702(a)(1)(i), subcontracting plans are required for other than small businesses. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Baltimore District proposes the following goals.
