Crush existing asphalt, shape, and compact to create a 3%-4% slope (Approx 10,500 syd). Furnish and install 2" thick leveling asphalt using 13A HMA material (Approx 1,155 ton). Furnish and install 1.5" thick surface asphalt using 5E1 HMA material (Approx 870 ton). Adjustment of 3 manhole frames. Install pavement markings per existing layout (Approx 2,128 ft).
