**As of May 1, 2024, project was awarded to Killmer Electric Co., Inc., in the amount of $1,209,435.39.** This project will replace exterior façade lighting on Concourse D, E, F, Fire Station No. 01, and Terminal 2 to LED. This project may also include the replacement of light pole mounted lights at various campus roadway locations, replacement of two garage bays at North Field Maintenance, and the interior and exterior lighting at South Field Maintenance. Consistent with Minnesota Statute, Section 473.144, MAC may not accept a bid or proposal for a contract or execute a contract in excess of $100,000 with any business unless said business is in compliance with certain requirements concerning affirmative action plans. Evidence of compliance must be submitted within (1) one MAC business day following opening of bids. Bids will be considered non-responsive if the compliance requirements are not met. Compliance requirements are outlined in the project specification. The goal of the MAC for the utilization of Targeted Group Businesses on this project is 6%.
