Renovation of a municipal facility in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Marquette County Facilities Department is seeking bids to perform work to replace old lighting and add power outlets to the attorney stations at each court room. The three court rooms are located in the Annex building ground level - Probate Courtroom and the second level 96th District Courtroom - Room 215 and Room 231. All bid questions shall be submitted via email only to dbianchi@mqtco.org by end of day on February 23, 2024. The scope of work shall include: 1. Probate Courtroom (Ground Level): o Demo old lighting in existing ceiling. o Provide and install (8) 2x2 LED lights in new dropped ceiling (acoustical ceiling tile work by others). o Install new 0-10 volt dimmer. o Cut concrete and run conduit to (2) new floor boxes with power/data. o Terminate for Cat6. o Add back to back power outlet in server closet.
