Renovation of a water / sewer project in Crestview, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of August 13 2025 this is still in planning stage, and securing funding now. This project is in the final planning phase and permitting is in progress. Bidding will commence when the permit is secure. Design firm information and a firm timeline for construction. The existing WWTP spray fields were initially impacted by the construction of the SR85 Bypass Road and the East-West Connector roadway. To continue to provide wastewater services for the City's existing customers and projected growth, the City will need to identify and construct new effluent reuse facilities. This project is included in the City of Crestview's FY 2024-2029 CIP. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
