Procurement For Flooring. Project: A. The intent of this contract is to expedite the installation of flooring into unit turnovers at our Woodland Meadows & Jacobs Way sites. The contractor shall be required to be available for installation with a two-week lead time. Contractor must supply all materials and labor. B. VCT OR LVP Smartcore by COREtec Floors Talbot Oak 12-mil x 5 in. W x 48-in. L Water Resistant Interlocking Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring Underlayment: FloorComfort 4 ft. W x 25 ft. L x 2 T premium Foam Moisture Resistant. C. All work will be priced per square foot. Square foot price must include all costs material, labor & accoutrements for all types of installation. Carpet & VCT replacement public housing units in owned and operated by the NHA in order to assist in with vacancy maintenance work orders. The contract shall be for a term of one (1) year with an option to renew at the discretion of the Owner for an additional one (1) year. 1. Woodland Meadows: 120 W. Main Street, Norton, MA 02766 -130 1-bedroom units with carpeted living room, & bedrooms, VCT or vinyl plank in Kitchen. Units are approximately 500 square feet. 2. Jacobs Way: 1-16 Jacobs Way, Norton, MA 02766 -14 townhouse style 2-4 bedrooms units. Units vary in size from 2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms and flooring materials will vary unit to unit. The estimated cost for one (1) year is $25,000 Question Deadline 02/28/2024 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Owner.
