The Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, Division of Support Services (FRS) currently has air compressors in operation at facilities including but not limited to, FRS Fire Stations, Worksites, Office Buildings, and the Central Maintenance Facility (CMF) throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. FRS requires a contractor to provide manufacture recommended maintenance, inspection, repair, parts, and replacement of air compressors as needed. Services and shipment of deliveries will be to the variety of FRS facilities within Montgomery County, Maryland. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or portions thereof, to waive minor irregularities and to award the Contract in the best interests of the County. Conditional or qualified bids are subject to rejection. The County reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder who has previously failed to perform properly or to complete in a timely manner, contracts of a similar nature, or if investigation shows the bidder is unable to perform the requirements of the contract.
