Site work for a water / sewer project in Norton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes construction of approximately 4,500 linear feet (lf) of new 12-inch ductile iron water main and structurally lining approximately 500lf of existing 6- and 10-inch water main to replace an existing main along South Worcester Street from Barrows Street to Parker Court and construction of approximately 1,800lf of new 8-inch ductile iron water main to replace an existing main along East Hodges Street from Dean Street to Myras Way. The project will also include replacing water services from the new main to the curb stop, new hydrants and valves, associated accessories, and trench pavement within the project area. The project also includes Bid Alternate A for curb to curb paving. Estimated Cost $2,450,000.00.
