Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Britton, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes the following Work: The project consists of removal and replacement of sanitary sewer, asphalt roadway, curb and gutter, lift station process piping modifications, grinder installation, site restoration, and other items required to complete project. Bidders are required to comply with Title 40 CFR 33 and Executive Order 12138, which include requirements for utilization of Disadvantaged, Minority, and Womens Business Enterprises (DBE, MBE, WBE). The MBE & WBE workforce participation goals are 1% and 4%, respectively. Davis Bacon and Related Acts wages apply to the project and all provisions of those acts must be met. Question Deadline 03/04/2024 A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project The City of Britton reserves the right to retain the bid security of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 30 days after the date and time set for opening of the bids. The City of Britton reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any parts thereof. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents. The date by which Substantial Completion must be achieved is September 15th, 2024 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within thirty-one (31) days of date of Substantial Completion
