Removal of existing culvert structures and installation of new pipe culvert structures. Bid packages will be distributed electronically via email at no cost to the bidder. Hardcopieswill not beavailable for purchase. Bidders may make printed copies of the bid package at their ownexpense. Whenrequesting plans, bidders are required to provide a Company Name, a Contact PersonandPhoneNumber, a Company Address, and an Email Address to be added to the Plan Holders List andfor receiving additional bid documents and addenda. Bidders not on the Plan Holders List will not receiveanyaddenda issued. To request the bid package, email the Audrain County AdministrativeAssistant at: ajames@audraincounty.org. Any questions regardingtheproject must be submitted to the above email address by 4:00 pmlocal time on Wednesday, March6, 2024. No written questions after this date or verbal questions will be recognized. The Audrain County Commission intends to award the Project to the lowest, responsive, responsiblebidder and reserves the right to accept or reject any part or parts of all bids, to waiveirregularities, andtoaccept the offer the County Commission considers the most advantageous to the County.
