sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Warren, New Jersey, for the: 2024-2025 MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS - CONTRACT #WC2412 FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS for the following materials to be furnished and delivered: 2,675 Tons 1/4" Washed Broken Stone 4,750 Tons Abrasive Grits 75 Tons UPM High Performance Bituminous Cold Mix and the following materials to be furnished F.O.B. County trucks at the producer's plant: 4,500 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt, 9.5 M 64, Surface Courses 3,500 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt, 12.5 M 64, Intermediate Courses 250 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt, 19.0 M 64, Base Courses 100 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt, (Curb Mix) 200 Tons Dense Graded Aggregate 2,000 Tons Dense Graded Aggregate (recycled concrete) and for 74,000 gallons of CRS-2P Polymer Modified Emulsified Asphalt, furnished, delivered and applied. Bids will be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein as required by the specifications and supplementary specifications, must be enclosed in envelopes (outer and inner), both of which shall be sealed and clearly labeled with the words CONTRACT BID DOCUMENTS, project number, name of Bidder and date and time of bid opening, and addressed to the Director of Purchasing, Wayne Dumont, Jr. Administration Building, 165 County Route #519 South, Belvidere, NJ 07823. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of the County of Warren Treasurer, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids. The Contractor is put on notice that he must pay workers the prevailing wage rates promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry for this project, copies of which are on file with the Department of Transportation and which will be made a part of this contract, pursuant to Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et. seq.). All bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P. L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) (Affirmative Action); P.
