The work consists of restoring the operations of Wells 24 and 26 and the booster pump including the installation of sections of 12 inch diameter irrigation transmission lines. The scope of work includes all design, labor, equipment, materials, permits and other incidentals required to complete the required improvements. The work on the well pumps and motors must include all materials and labor to restore well operations. If required, remove and repair the pumps. Replace pumps and motors if the pumps and motors cannot be repaired. Remove and replace existing valves, pipes and fittings, and provide new shelter for the well pump and motor and associated pipes and fittings.Provide complete replacement for the existing motor starters, electrical controls, and equipment enclosures, including complete replacement of all wiring. Provide necessary improvements to obtain HECO power. Questions regarding IFB 24 200 030 shall be submitted electronically via HIePRO by Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. and answers will be posted on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. Interested Offerors are responsible for keeping informed of Addenda to this solicitation. The contract will be for 1 year from the official notice to proceed. The ADC reserves the option of extending this contract accordingly to complete the work. The estimated cost of the scope of work is $3,500,000. The award of the contract, if awarded, will be subject to the availability of funds.
