Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions Feb 19th 2024, 4:00 PM EST must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner. Certified checks to be submitted to the office of the Architect. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is governed by The Township Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that various State labor and administrative requirements apply, as noted in the Bid Documents. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages shall apply. Questions and inquiries should be submitted through at Online. Award of Contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but Carbon County Airport Authority reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in awarding the contract in the best interest of the Carbon County Airport Authority All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Architect
