Lehighton American Legion Post 314 - Parking Lot Reconstruction Bids may be held by Carbon County Planning & Development Office for a period not to exceed 3 weeks from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Questions Due Date: Mar 31st 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Carbon County Commissioners will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids. A bid bond for 10% of the base bid amount shall be provided with the bid. A performance & payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder at the request of the Carbon County Planning & Development Office .
