Awards Of Bids Shall Be Made Throughout The Year On The Basis Of Need As Dictated By The Requirements Of The Mountrail County Road And Bridge Department Projects, Both Anticipated And Unanticipated. Bid Submission Requirements For Gravel Hauling, Gravel Crushing, And Subgrade Repairs Are (1) A Fully Completed And Executed Sealed Bid, Received On Specified Bid Form; (2) Copy Of Current North Dakota Contractors License; And (3) Copy Of Current Liability Insurance.
