The City of Bettendorf, Iowa, is currently requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide landscape mulching services in and around City Parks, City right-of-ways, and facilities, as specified. The contract period will begin April 29, 2024, and completed by May 24, 2024, weather depending. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Failure to submit all required documents will disqualify the proposal as being non-responsive. If at any time during the contract period the City determines that service is unsatisfactory, the City reserves the right to cancel the contract. Contractor will be notified of such action in writing and the cancellation will be effective immediately. If cancellation of services is made, the City will offer other contractors the opportunity to provide the described services at their original proposal price. Inquiries regarding the scope of services described or the requirements of this RFP are to be made in writing to Jason Manfull, Parks Maintenance Supervisor, at jmanfull@bettendorf.org. The request must contain the contractor name, contact person, address, phone number and email.
