The approximate square footage is 9100 square feet. 1. Project must be completed between May 27, 2024 and August 9,2024. 2. Contractor must supply a "Payment and Performance Bond" for the contracted dollar amount. 3. Remove and dispose of existing metal coping cap, wall flashing, and edge metal. 4. Replace three drains, including the publishing labor, to disconnect/reconnect them. 5. Mechanically fasten a halfinch HDI so cover board to allow a clean surface to adhere the membrane to. 6. Adhere a 60-mil TPO and flash all walls, perimeters and penetrations per manufacturer's specification. 7. Install new 24 gauge prefinished coping cap, drip edge, and edge metal. 8. Install new 24 gauge prefinished gutter and downspout. 9. Clean up and dispose of all job-related material/waste. 10. Provide the owner with a 2-year contractor warranty. 11. Provide the owner with a 20-year manufacturer's warranty following final inspection
