Eastlake Ave E, 11th Ave NE, Roosevelt Way NE, and NE 43rd St. Base bid work includes earth- work, pavement and sidewalk removal/restoration, construction of new stations, ADA ramps, driveway, signing, channelization, overhead trolley system pole and wire removal and installation, traffic signals, lighting, land- scaping, water main and water service reconnection and renew. al, storm drainage, and other proj-ect elements. For purpose of the Bidders/Subcontractor list, this project includes Electrical and Rebar work. A/E ESTIMATE: $85,000,000 - 90,000,000. QUESTIONS: Written questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm. on the Friday before bid opening. DBEs on this project is: 4% *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
