Seniors Multi-Unit Residential Buildings Capital Repairs. There are five MURBs that have been identified in TSHC portfolio that are likely candidates for domestic plumbing system capital repairs. The 5 identified buildings are the following: The Overlea 12 Thorncliffe Park Dr, Cedarbrae Manor 65 Greencrest Circuit, Montgomery Place Supportive Housing 130 Eglinton Ave E, Neilson Hall Apartments 1315 Neilson Road, and SPRINT Seniors' Care 801 Mount Pleasant Road. TIMELINE: Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation (TSHC) is the owner of several MURBs (Multi-unit Residential Buildings) in Toronto. These MURBs are aging and often require extensive capital repairs. TCHC requires a detailed and invasive investigation of the systems to determine the repair scope. TCHC is seeking a Vendor for the provision of design services at various locations. TSHC will be evaluating and awarding each location separately to the lowest total priced Proposal. Proponents are required to submit a bid for all locations and attend a virtual mandatory information session to be considered for award. This RFP Category of Work is categorized as Design and Engineering (D&E). The scope of work in this RFP is sub-categorized as Mechanical/Plumbing D&E services.
