New construction of an office development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot office development.
PROJECT IS A TENANT IMPOROVEMENT ON LEVELS 1, 3, 4, AND 5 WITH RESTROOM UPGRADES ON EACH FLOOR. The structural condition assessment of the Metro Square building is based on available documentation of the building construction and observations from a site visit made on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. by John Ellingson, PE and Elizabeth Manning, PhD, PE of HGA. The weather at the time of the site visit was cloudy with drizzle and a temperature of 37 degrees Fahrenheit. This is a 30,000sf interior remodel of an existing building. This project is TAX EXEMPT, please break out Labor & Material separately. Questions due by Monday February 19th.
