Reference Number 0000347632 Furnish all labor, material and equipment to construct 40-yard dash course, timing system, and turf football field, including concrete sidewalk, and concrete edging. The above-referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. All successful bidders must comply with the federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti-Kickback legislation; federal equal opportunity requirements; and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. The above-referenced project is funded with assistance from a Michigan Department of Natural Resources SPARK grant, relevant state or federal requirements will apply including the. Build America, Buy America Act (.the Act.). Pub. L. No. 117-58, 70901-52. All successful bidders shall comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act) and 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act).
