Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
1.61 mi of concrete road reconstruction, Pine Grove connector ramps and intersection reconstruction, noise wall construction, drilled shaft, watermain, landscaping, non-motorized path, freeway lighting, traffic signal, signing, markings and intelligent transportation systems on Blue Water Bridge Plaza area which includes I-69/I-94 and M-25 in the city of Port Huron, St. Clair Couty. This project includes two 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranties and a 2 year concrete surface coating warranty. 5% DBE Participation Required Net classification required for this project is 41000 Ea or 41000 Fa In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Ea and Fa. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
