Reference Number 0000344634 The City of Port Huron is requesting proposals for professional engineering services for an upcoming road reconstruction and utility replacement project. The proposed work is shown below: 1. Kearney Street - 10th Avenue to Elk Street (Road Reconstruction and Utility Replacement - Part of Task IA and IIA) 2. Willow Street - Glenwood Avenue to Lincoln Avenue (Road Reconstruction and Utility Replacement - Part of Task IA and IIA) 3. Elk Street - Glenwood Avenue to Lincoln Avenue (Road Reconstruction and Utility Replacement - Part of Task IA and IIA) 4. Stone Street - River Street to Glenwood Avenue (Paved Surface Elimination and Utility Replacement - Part of Task IB and IIB) Services required include, but may not be limited to, topographic design survey, engineering design, construction plan and specification preparation, permit preparation, inspection, construction staking and construction conformance record drawings preparation (as-built plans). The proposed work is for three segments of road reconstruction and one segment of pavement removal. Work on all segments will include utility replacement. The utility replacement will include water main replacement, as well as select storm and sanitary replacement which will be determined by sewer televising.
