The City of Westminster is seeking a qualified and capable construction manager/general contractor to renovate the park per the construction drawings provided by DIG Studio. Planned improvements include but not limited to: a new mountain themed adventure playground, accessibility upgrades, trail additions with better connectivity, additional native vegetation, turf conversion to lower water use, a small off-leash dog area, and additional shade shelters and drainage improvements.
