Renovation of a residential development in Ozark, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The scope of the work for each project will include drywall, trim, windows, doors, flooring, insulation, plumbing fixtures, electrical, paint, and ductwork cleaning. Proposals shall be submitted and sealed separately for each project on the forms included in the specifications or copies thereof and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the respective bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Ozark Housing Community. If plans and specifications are not returned or if a bona fide bid is not submitted, he deposit will not be refunded. Subcontractors and material suppliers may obtain whole or partial sets of plans and specifications by paying the cost of reproduction and mailing. Refunds will not be made on such sets. The first project is for the construction of "TERMITE UNIT 493 BINGHAM AVENUE FOR OZARK HOUSING COMMUNITY", Ozark, Alabama. Work shall be in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by J. Michael Lee Associates, Inc. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the time and date set for bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
