The East Bay Regional Park District (District) is soliciting proposals from consultants to inspect the District's pavement and update our Pavement Management Program (PMP). The Consultant's role will be performing a condition survey and updating the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) of the District's, Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) StreetSaver database. Identifying asphalt distresses on the District's paved roads, trails, parking lots, service yards and providing budgetary analyses and planning. The consultant shall be qualified to use StreetSaver and must meet the requirements specified in the MTC Data Quality Management Plan. Please direct any questions regarding this RFP to Michael Stangl, MStangl@ebparks.org and Eric Bowman, EBowman@ebparks.org All questions regarding this RFP are due no later than 2:00p.m. (local time) on Monday, March 18, 2024. The Park District reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs, whether or not minimum qualifications are met, and to modify, postpone, or cancel the RFP without liability, obligation, or commitment to any party, firm, or organization. In addition, the Park District reserves the right to request and obtain additional information from any candidate submitting an RFP, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
