The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost for this Project is $350,000.00 for the base bid items and$350,000.00 for the alternate bid items. All Work shall be completed in every detail to the satisfaction of the Agency within40 Working Days after the date of the NOTICE TO PROCEED [plus a minimum ninety (90) Working Days for the plant establishment and maintenance period] NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Vista City Charter and the Vista Municipal Code, payment of prevailing wages and compliance with the California Labor Code Sections 1770 et seq IS required for this Project.
