Question Deadline 03/06/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes, - Questions concerning this Invitation for Bid must be submitted in writing to: Jaime Flores at the address above or jflores@tows.org. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5% - Performance Bond 100% - Payment Bond 100%. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a licensed surety company, or a Certified check, or a Treasurer's or Cashier's check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid payable to the Town of West Springfield. Services Start Date May 2024 Notification of Award Week of March 25, 2024 *The contract shall be awarded by the Chief Procurement Officer, which reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any and all proposals or to take whatever action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of West Springfield. Bids will remain firm for sixty (60) days following the opening of proposals
