Staff’s Estimate of Cost: $125,000 Low Bid: $112,500 High Bid: $127,000 The Work consists of the repairs and replacement of masonry veneers for existing digester tanks and adjacent digester control building. This shall include removal of all damaged masonry units, grout, weeps, repairs to various lentils, and replacement with new materials and providing all accessories, tools, and appurtenances for completion of work, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Bid Security in the Amount Of Not Less Than 10 % of the Bid Shall Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Owner Reserves the Right To Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities in Bidding or to Accept the Bid or Bids, Which Best Serve the Interest of Owner.
