This information is provided for the following project: Propane Vaporizer Upgrades 1. Funding: A single firm fixed-price contract will be made under this solicitation, as funds are presently available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation / Request for Proposal (RFP) before the closing date. 2. Proposal Acceptance Period/Date: The proposal acceptance period shall extend one hundred twenty (120) days past the RFP closing date. 3. RFP Deadline: March 14, 2024, at 5:00pm MST. Questions and Answers: Any questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted to the following individuals: Contract Specialist (CS), Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) no later than March 6, 2024, at 3:00pm MST. Current determinations are always available at: https://sam.gov/. 7.Notice to Proceed (NTP): A NTP will be issued after the kickoff/Pre-Construction meeting, Receipt of Bonding and Valid Background Screening. 8.Period of Performance: Ten (10) Calendar Days from the notice to proceed (NTP) 9.In accordance with FAR Part 63.204 -Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range is between $100,000.00 - $250,000.00. 10.Special attention is called to FAR Clause 52.236-7, Permits and Responsibilities and FAR Clause 52.229-3, Federal, State, and Local Taxes. Offerors are responsible for contacting the tax authorities and tribe or tribal organization involved with regard to any requirements regarding state taxes, tribal taxes, royalties and/or other applicable tribal laws or ordinances. Any costs associated with this section shall be included in the contractor's firm fixed price proposal.
