Site work and renovation of a civil project in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Lockport will receive sealed bids for installing a manhole and pipe connection from the final effluent pipe to the basement of the Solids Handling Building; installing pumps, strainer, hydropneumatics tank, flow meter, pipe, and valves in the basement of the Solids Handling Building; connection to the existing NPW distribution system; and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Documents for the Division Street WWTP Non-Potable Water System (23 1019). Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the Plan, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Details of this document. Prequalification: To demonstrate qualifications to perform the Work, each Bidder must be prepared to submit within five (5) business days of Owner's request written evidence of Bidder's qualification to do business in the state where the Project is located, financial data, previous experience, present commitments and other such data as may be called for below (or in the Special Provisions)
