Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of March 22, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The City of Lockport will receive sealed bids for PCC sidewalk removal and replacement, metal railing removal and replacement, concrete removal, and concrete headwall reconstruction, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Documents for the Adams Street Culvert Headwall Repair (23-1000). Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the Plan, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Details of this document. Prequalification: Prequalification by IDOT will be required of all contractors and subcontractors on this project in the respective discipline(s) they will be responsible for constructing. Prequalification categories required for the contractor or subcontractors include "10 - Structures Repair", "17 - Concrete Construction", "19 - Seeding and Sodding" and "22 - Fencing".
