Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Riceville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Work is to be completed as described in the construction documents. In general, work consists of constructing a one-story, free-standing clinic. Michell County Regional Health Center, that the facility proposes to construct a new clinic at 713 Woodland Avenue, Riceville, IA 50466. This work will be bid and coordinated by the Architect Question Deadline 03/13/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Questions regarding Pre-Bid Conference shall be directed to the office of the Architect, attention Scott T. Blum, AIA, Accord Architecture Company Proposed Issue Date of Addendum No. 1: March 7, 2024. Proposed Issue Date of Addendum No. 2: March 14, 2024. Submit Bid Security in form and amount indicated in Instructions to Bidders with Bid Form. Successful bidders will be required to comply with applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. Successful bidders will be required to furnish Performance bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond prior to beginning this work. Successful bidders must comply with applicable federal, state and local codes, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Federal Register. Minimum wages paid shall comply with the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended. Owner shall have the right to reject any or all Bids, reject a Bid not accompanied by a required bid security or by other data required by Bidding Documents, or reject a Bid that is in any way incomplete or irregular.
