Supplying and delivering the following types and sizes of culvert: Gordonville Rd over Duncan & Brooks Drain - 96" Diameter, 54 FT Long, Aluminized Type II W Miller Rd over Wilson No 2 Drain - 95" x 67" CMP Arch, 135 FT Long, Alternate Coatings Meridian Rd over Wilson No 2 Drain - 117" x 79" CMP Arch, 70 FT Long, Alternate Coatings Webster St over Coleman Drain - 49" x 33" CMP Arch, 55 FT Long, Aluminized Type II The Midland County Road Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal or parts thereof deemed in their opinion, to be in the best interest of the Midland County Road Commission. The bid price shall include delivery of the materials to the noted location. Delivery schedule to be coordinated between vendor and the Midland County Road Commission. Expected delivery date for Gordonville Rd over Duncan & Brooks Drain is June of 2024. Expected delivery date for W Miller Rd and Meridian Rd locations is late June of 2024. Expected delivery date for Webster St over Coleman Drain is April of 2024. The bid price for each individual pipe will be evaluated separately from one another. This bid is not intended to be an all or nothing award. Multiple vendors may be awarded a pipe.
