**As of May 16, 2024, the project was awarded to National Pipeline Services LLC in the amount of $14,000.00.** Reference Number 0000347151 The City of Midland with pricing for Anode replacement at Bay City Road pump station, in accordance with specifications and standard instructions. Technical questions shall be directed to Ryan Ives, Collections and Maintenance Supervisor, Water Reclamation Plant at 989-837-3507. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %. A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. *The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland. SCOPE OF WORK Contractor is to provide cost of new rectifier Universal Rectifier ASAI50-8-AACR or equivalent Obtain structure -to -soil potential measurements before and after installation. Install anodes and wires to existing junction box. Method of installation up to contractor (mechanical or vacuum excavation). Restore site landscaping and grass. Provide final report with documented measurements and drawing of anode installation placement. Location of pump station corner of Bay City Rd and Rockwell Dr south west corner near Costco gas station.
