Reference Number 0000346449 CONTRACT NO. 10 is for the reconstruction of Stratford Woods Dr. from Ashman St. to the end. Some of the quantities listed in the Itemized Bid are as follows: 7,950 Lft Ditch Excavation 277 Lft Concrete Culvert 12,650 Syd Subbase Replacement, 12" 11,050 Syd Aggregate Base, 22A, 6" 1,640 Ton Bit. Pavement Inquiries related to this project should be directed to the City of Midland Engineering Department. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5% - Performance Bond 100% - Payment Bond 100% -- A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required *The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or defects, and may accept other than the low bid when deemed in the City's best interest. SCOPE OF WORK: This project is for the street reconstruction of Stratford Woods Dr. from Ashman St. to the end. The project scope includes a full reconstruction of the street including replacement of the base and subbase, as well as ditch cleaning and culvert replacements.
