Project No. PRG-01-2024. All Work must be completed within 120 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to modify this RFB or the selection process, to cancel this RFB, to accept or reject any Bid for any reason (including without limitation Bidder responsibility and inadequate, unreasonable, or imbalanced Bids), and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid, without liability, at any time.
