Renovation of a mixed-use development in Commerce City, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Reference Number 0000346297 Contractor will provide services to replaster the lap pool at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center. The 8 lane swimming pool at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center was replastered in 2002 and is showing wear and tear. The pool ranges from 2 deep to 9 deep, with a small toddler area, along with 8 swimming lanes, and a slide that pours into the pool. The pool currently holds approximately 172,735 gallons of water. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions regarding this RFP must be received in writing via email Responses to questions will be on the City's website and on the RMEPS as an addendum to the RFP. Questions must be submitted to: Scott Springstead, Facilities Project Manager sspringstead@c3gov.com Work shall begin on September 3, 2024. The City reserves the right to modify this RFP or the selection process, to cancel this RFP, to reject or accept any Proposal, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Proposal, without liability, at any time. All work shall be done in accordance with guidelines set forth by the National Plasterers Council website. Contractor shall be prepared to support all assertions that work is being done in this manner either in writing or by providing pictures to Owner. Contractor is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.
