The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction manager. School District 27J is pleased to issue this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Construction Management/General Contractor services for High School #4, a high school at the NW corner of the intersection of 96th Avenue and Reunion Parkway in Commerce City, Colorado. This facility is a two phase project with the first phase being approximately 192,000 sq ft. Hord Coplan Macht Architecture is currently in the schematic design phase which will be completed mid April. The school will be built for grades 9-12 serving 1350 students initially and 1800 students upon completion of phase two and will be located on a 48.6-acre site. The school design includes a two-story classroom wing featuring state-of-the-art technology, administration area, gymnasium, cafeteria, media center, auditorium, athletic fields and more. The project potentially will include ROW development.
