Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Commerce City, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

As of April 30th, 2025, this project has been delayed. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering team (A/E) to provide professional design services for the site planning and installation of two flush restroom facilities and the placement and construction of a full post tension concrete basketball court. The services will include research and development of construction documents for the site work, water, sanitary and electrical utilities. Project No. PRG-02-2024. All design work must be completed within 30 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
