Renovation of a mixed-use development in Commerce City, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; fitness / recreation center; and municipal facility.

The intent of this project is to replace one (1) existing roofing system at three (3) areas located at the Civic Center Building and two (2) existing roofing systems at one (1) area located at Eagle Point Recreation Center and four (4) existing roofing systems at four (4) buildings located at the MSC Campus, which have reached their end of life. Civic Center - 7887 E 60th Ave, Commerce City, CO 80022 Remove the existing landscaping and paver walk systems to expose the existing singleply roofing, remove the existing roof assembly and repair/replace any and all damaged/wet insulation, install a new fully adhered, 60 mil, TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roof assemble, re-install the walk paver system and landscape cobble without irrigation and plant materials. Including associated costs for the following: Plumbing and electrical work to make the roof assembly complete. Replacement of any damaged walk pavers and pedestals. Removal and replacement of any and all damaged insulation. Removal and replacement of all owner items located at the affected roof areas. Permitting.
