Reference Number 0000355878 The City of Commerce City (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (Respondents) for the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) Quiet Zones Project, as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected Respondent is expected to provide professional engineering design services for upgrading the at-grade rail crossings of the UPRR at E. 69th Ave. and E. 72nd Ave with safety improvements for the establishment of a Quiet Zone, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (Services) The City intends to execute a contract with an anticipated notice to proceed date of Friday, September 6, 2024 with the selected Respondent (Consultant) on a non-exclusive basis for a term that encompasses the length of time the Services are anticipated to require, subject to annual appropriation.
