Reference Number 0000354852 Job Location: 15700 112th Ave, Commerce City 80022 The City of Commerce is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate and expand the Clubhouse at Buffalo Run Golf Course. All Work must be completed within the proposed schedule, as defined in the General Contractor's Proposal and stated in the issuance of a Notice to Proceed, which is November 1, 2024. Clubhouse - 15700 112th Ave, Commerce City 80022 It has been determined that the Clubhouse is short of: dining seats, bar seats, event space, outdoor seating, and related support spaces. The plan for these needs will be to remodel and expand the general Dining room to address year-round dining, relocate the current bar and expand Bar seating, add new indoor Event spaces currently not available, expand and increase support areas for the existing covered Pavilion, maintain outdoor gathering patio spaces, and create a Roof-Top gathering space. This additional capacity will additional support spaces, including more kitchen space and a re-work of the existing space, a new service court, additional toilet rooms, new staff support spaces, and new IT and Audio-Visual systems. Minor site modifications will be required to allow for and support this increased building plan. This project includes 7,210 s.f. of new construction and 5,000 s.f. of existing remodeled building.
